Mom Bomb Affiliate Terms
Effective October 2026. Madirock, Inc. d/b/a Mom Bomb Bath & Body ("Mom Bomb").
Thank you for sharing Mom Bomb with your people. These terms keep the program fair, clear and good for everyone. By applying and checking the box on our affiliate application, you agree to them.
1. Who can join
Affiliates are 18 or older and live in the United States. You join as an independent creator, not an employee or agent of Mom Bomb, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
2. Your codes
You receive a reusable follower code that gives your audience 10% off and credits you with each order. Members at the Fizz level and up also receive a single-use product code for free product. Codes are personal to you. Share your follower code in your own content, posts, bio, stories, newsletters and conversations. Coupon and deal sites, paid search ads on Mom Bomb's name, and orders placed by you or your household with your own follower code do not earn commission.
3. Commission, payment and taxes
You earn the commission rate for your level (see Affiliate Levels) on the order value after discounts, before tax and shipping. TikTok Shop sales earn 20% for Mom Bomb affiliates through our Mom Bomb creators plan in TikTok Shop's affiliate center, and TikTok pays that commission directly. Website commission is paid monthly by PayPal for orders that have passed the 30-day return window. Refunded or cancelled orders are removed. Keep your PayPal email current with us.
Before your first commission payment, we send you a secure W-9 request through QuickBooks, and your first payment is released once it is complete. We issue a Form 1099 when your payments for a year reach the IRS reporting threshold. Please never send your Social Security number or bank details by email; we will only ever ask for them through that secure request.
4. Disclosure
Every post about Mom Bomb includes a clear disclosure such as #ad, in the caption and, on TikTok and Instagram, with the platform's paid partnership or branded content setting turned on. Disclose free product and commission plainly whenever you talk about Mom Bomb.
5. Content standards
Talk about Mom Bomb in your own voice and keep it true: scent, ingredients, size, ritual, how it feels to take twenty minutes for yourself, and how each order helps a mom through MomBomb.org. Health, medical, or body claims are outside these terms, as are copyrighted songs: use Mom Bomb's own song "In the Tub," a sound from TikTok's Commercial Music Library, or your own voice. Content stays kind, brand-safe and family-friendly, and follows the current campaign brief when one applies.
6. Content rights and reposts
You own the content you create. By posting content that features Mom Bomb, you give Mom Bomb a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, embed, crop, caption and edit that content, including your name, handle, voice and likeness as they appear in it:
- on Mom Bomb's and MomBomb.org's own social channels, website, emails and retail partner materials, with credit to your handle wherever the format allows, for as long as it stays posted; and
- in paid advertising, including TikTok Spark Ads and Meta partnership ads, for 12 months from the day you post it. You agree to provide an authorization code when we ask for a specific post.
You may ask us at any time to take down an organic repost going forward, and we will do so within 10 business days. Paid uses beyond 12 months happen only with your written agreement and a fee we agree together.
7. Levels and perks
Levels, rates, perks and how to climb are published on the Affiliate Levels page and reviewed monthly. We may update levels or perks with 30 days' notice by email; commission already earned is always paid at the rate in effect when the order was placed.
8. Ending the partnership
Either of us may end the partnership at any time by email. Your codes are then retired, and commission on qualifying orders placed before that date is still paid. Sections 3 and 6 continue for content already posted.
9. The fine print
Mom Bomb's total responsibility under these terms is limited to commission owed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email, and continuing in the program after that means you accept the update. Questions: affiliates@buybombshelpmoms.com.
