By submitting your application to Mom Bomb, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Social Media Video Requirement: As an applicant, you understand and agree to post two (2) videos on your social media channels, featuring or promoting Mom Bomb products or services. These videos should be created and shared within the agreed timeframe, as specified by Mom Bomb.

2. FTC Rules Compliance: You acknowledge and agree to abide by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules and guidelines governing social media influencers working with brands. It is your responsibility to ensure that all content produced and shared on your social media channels complies with these guidelines. 3. Arbitration Clause: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your application, the selection process, or any subsequent activities or engagements with Mom Bomb shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Both parties agree to waive their right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

4. Content Ownership: You understand and acknowledge that any content created, including but not limited to videos, photographs, captions, or any other materials produced as part of your association with Mom Bomb, shall become the sole and exclusive property of Mom Bomb. Mom Bomb reserves all rights, title, and interest to the content, including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, distribution, modification, and display, in perpetuity and without any limitations.
