“I’m building an entire system that looks invisible while it’s under construction. When you’re first, there’s no blueprint. It can feel like shouting into the void—but one day people will wake up and think it happened overnight.”
In the interview, Heather discusses what makes her model different: a regenerative ecosystem where communities, customers, and investors all win. She also reflects on the role of her husband Kevin in helping her see her own vision more clearly, and the grit it takes to build something that doesn’t yet exist.
“I want the story to be that I rewrote the rules. That I showed it was possible to scale something massive without selling out—that I built a system where business restored people instead of depleting them.”
