Eight years ago, I was broke, sick, and exhausted. And still, I saw this.
Not in the vision board kind of way.

I just knew. I felt it. The grid was already laid. I just had to move through it.
Here’s what I’ve come to understand: foreshadowing and hindsight are the same thing, depending on where you’re standing on the timeline.
We like to talk about intuition like it’s magic. A mystical sixth sense. But it’s not. It’s geometry. It’s orientation. When you zoom out far enough, life stops looking like a series of random events. You start to see the structure. The way it all connects.
That’s what the UNFI show was for me.
I stepped into a moment I’d already lived a thousand times in my head, and still, it took my breath away.
People were lined up at the booth.
Buyers said yes on the spot.
I spoke to a thousand people and, for the first time in a long time, I didn’t have to prove anything.
They got it. They felt it.
Not just the mission. Not just the product. The totality of it. The intention behind it. The architecture underneath it. They didn’t need a pitch deck. Because when something is real, it doesn’t need to be explained. It can be felt.
And that brings me back to the beginning.
When I look at the last eight years—the sickness, the heartbreak, the near-death moments, the courtrooms, the trade shows where we lost more than we sold—I don’t see a mess anymore. I see foreshadowing.
Every single beat of it was a breadcrumb.
Now, when I look forward, I’m not guessing. I’m not manifesting. I’m remembering forward.
I don’t know every detail, but I know my pattern.
I know how I move.
I know what I’ve built.
And most importantly, I know how to find the people who can see it too.
This isn’t ego. It’s clarity.
I also know what I don’t know. And I finally trust that if I don’t have it yet, I can build it, ask for it, or attract it.
The longer you stay in the game, the less surprised you are. Not because you’ve become numb to it, but because you finally see how the game works. Patterns repeat. People echo. Timing matters.
Everyone says hindsight is 20/20.
What they don’t tell you is that foresight can be too.
You just have to be standing in the right part of the story.
