On March 28, a retail buyer emailed asking for bath bombs.
We were out of stock.
Old-school thinking would’ve rushed a reply, tried to push something else, hoped it landed.
Instead, we responded with clarity, honesty, and alignment. No forcing. No performance.

✅ They also pre-ordered bath bombs for when we’re back in stock.
That’s not strategy.
That’s signal strength.
And it’s exactly what Linda is being built to preserve.
