When people talk about manifestation, they often picture vision boards, affirmations, or endless “hustle until it happens” energy. But the truth is this: your state of being is the single most important factor in whether or not manifestation works.
Think of it like physics.
If you strike a tuning fork and hold it next to another with the same frequency, the second one starts vibrating without being touched. But if the frequencies don’t match, there’s silence.
Manifestation works the same way.
Your thoughts and actions are important—but they’re secondary. The state you’re in determines whether your desires actually resonate with reality or just bounce off into the void.
When you’re stressed, scattered, or doubtful, your body sends out one kind of frequency. When you’re calm, clear, and aligned, you send out another. One repels opportunities, the other attracts them.
We’ve been conditioned to believe we need to force outcomes. But physics shows us otherwise: energy flows where resonance lives.
In my research and lived experience, I’m building what I call the Emotional Physics formula—a framework that measures and explains manifestation like a system. Early on, three variables stand out:
Purity of Intent – Do you truly want it, or is it ego/noise?
Clarity of Outcome – Can you name what you want in simple, specific terms?
Energetic Velocity – Are you broadcasting with conviction, or half-heartedly?
All of these are multiplied by one thing: state.
State amplifies or cancels out the equation. That’s why two people with the same vision board see wildly different results.
Before you try to manifest a new job, a relationship, or even your first million, pause and ask:
Am I in the state that matches what I want?
Do I feel anxious, or do I feel clear?
Do I believe, deep down, that it’s possible?
Because manifestation doesn’t start when the thing arrives. It starts the moment your state comes into resonance with it.
