2. For payments to be disbursed, we must have a W-9 On File CLICK HERE for a blank one to fill out (there will be a place for you to upload it at the end).

3. To qualify for reimbursement, you are required to do the following:

  • Upload one video and one photo of you with our products.

  • Do two social posts (that you can use the video and photo for)
