What it really feels like to build a brand in 2025.
This week, I posted a reply on Twitter that took off—thousands of views, shares, comments. All from a single line I wrote about what it means to become who you are before the world believes you:
“This is quantum mechanics. By becoming what you want to be, even before the evidence shows up, and you do that long enough—reality catches up with your vision.”
It struck a chord.
But just minutes later?
I was on the phone with a banker discussing freight costs and margin compression.
That’s when it hit me—again:
I’m living between two worlds.
One world speaks in energy, emotion, resonance.
The other speaks in data, profitability, structure.
One rewards clarity of feeling.
The other demands clarity of math.
And if you’re a founder, you’ve likely felt the split.
Because we’re not just selling products anymore.
We’re managing ecosystems of meaning—while also running companies.

Stay soft enough to care—and structured enough to scale.
